MusiSign Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited use of MusiSign. It applies to all Users, Senders, Recipients and Organisations using the platform.

1. Permitted use

MusiSign may be used for lawful business and professional document workflows, including agreements, forms, annexes, acknowledgements, approvals and related documents.

2. Prohibited use

Users must not use MusiSign to:

  • send unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory or abusive content;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • request signatures without proper authority or consent;
  • upload malware, harmful code or intentionally corrupted files;
  • attempt to bypass security, authentication or access controls;
  • interfere with the operation or availability of the platform;
  • violate intellectual property, privacy or data protection rights;
  • use the platform for spam, harassment or unsolicited bulk messaging.

3. Enforcement

Musifacts Europe BV may suspend, restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes this policy has been violated or where action is necessary to protect security, legal rights, signed Documents, Recipients or platform integrity.

4. Reporting misuse

Suspected misuse can be reported to info@musisign.com.
